#liveinprAna: Weekly Workout Wear



It's the first day of two whole weeks of #liveinprAna and #1millionminutes love!

prAna and Fit Approach ask us for Topic #1: Show us your weekly workout attire. How do you go from one workout to the next?

As I've mentioned in previous posts, I sweat a lot. Especially given the fact that I take and teach hot yoga frequently. After a spin class, a yoga class, running, the gym, whatever, I'm always pretty soaked in sweat. So I'll usually have a change of clothes packed. I can't stand being in the same sweaty clothes all day, for many reasons: I get cold after my sweat dries but my clothes are still wet, I'll start to stink, and I just feel icky. Even if I can't shower after a workout, putting on fresh clothes makes me feel, well, fresh!

That being said, I do normally always have yoga pants on. Never know when I'm going to need to #stopdropandyoga, or be able to drop in on a class! It always pays to be prepared!

Even around town, I'm in yoga clothes!
I've been wearing shorts for running, due to the heat.
I plan accordingly on the nights I go from teaching hot yoga to bootcamp.


Tight black pants are a classic for a reason! #tbp!
