My fall goals are to maintain the awesome routine I've set up in Portland. It's been hard to keep up for the past few months between a couple bouts of sickness, 2 vacations, and 2 work trips.
I teach yoga about 4-5 times per week, but want to keep getting to classes myself. I still want to make it to Burncycle once a week, run solo or with Jamie around town or on the trails 2-3 times per week, attend Sweat Pink bootcamp on Tuesday nights, get to the gym for circuit training or swimming laps 1-2 times per week, and hike with Caitlin at least once on the weekend. Yup, that's my usual weekly schedule. I'm tired/stoked simultaneously just looking at it!

As far as new activities are concerned, I'd like to keep upping my distance for running. Now that I'm back into it regularly, I'm at a 3-5 miles average. I'd like to keep upping that to maybe 8 miles maximum. I'm not training for anything right now, but maybe start thinking about looking at races next spring. Another half marathon? I definitely want to be getting myself in good ski shape, thinking positively for the winter! And I want to keep pushing my yoga practice forward. I go through times of complacency, so I don't want to become stagnant. New poses, new transitions, new variations, new classes… Always keep pushing, striving, progressing!
