Prepping for the week to come… Well, with my work, schedule, and life right now, I actually don't have to do too much of this.
Sometimes it's spin class, to yoga class, to cafe, to lunch date, to yoga class, to bootcamp… Lots of spandex! |
I'm not much of a food prepper, though I would probably eat more regular meals for cheap if I did! I'll usually make big batches of stuff, like quinoa or rice bowls, and toss them in the fridge to heat up periodically throughout the week.
Freekeh is already prepped, so all I have to do is sauté chard! |
When I lay clothes out for the next day, it is usually a pile of spandex and occasionally a pair of jeans in case I'm going out for happy hour after class. If it's one of those don't-come-back-to-the-house-all-day kind of days, I'll throw in a quick dry towel, deodorant, face wash, and mascara to shower up at the studio or gym. Something like prAna's Ashley Legging Pant is perfect for the day, since I can throw boots and a tunic (hello Ginger Top!) on with it for more street-chic and then be ready for yoga in seconds! I get to do laundry during the week, so I leave the washer and dryer empty for my roommates on the weekend. I don't have kids, so there's no getting them ready for the week with lunches and homework.
